Intellectual Property Rights

The website domain, its content, graphics, and all other interactive elements are the intellectual property of LogoDesigner.qa. We grant our clients a limited, non-exclusive license to use deliverables solely for personal or business use. Clients are not allowed to reproduce, distribute, or modify anything without our written consent.

We are a graphic design agency that can custom-tailor your branding or marketing materials like logos, flyers, banners, brochures, and much more. Our services are not just limited to corporate branding; we also offer book cover design services to authors and website development services. Our team will review the scope and nature of the project and specify the final amount and estimated delivery time in the quotation at the time of order confirmation. You will get the deliverables in electronic formats unless otherwise agreed upon.

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email outlining the details of your order. Please review the details carefully and contact us immediately if there are any discrepancies.

By confirming the order, you accept the design and service specifications, turnaround time, and pricing details as outlined in our communication with you.

We rely on the accuracy of the details you provide to create your designs. Ensure that all requirements, preferences, and information provided are correct and complete at the time of order placement.

LogoDesigner.qa is not responsible for any design discrepancies resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of order placement, provided no work has begun. If any work has started on your project, a cancellation fee may apply.

To request a cancellation, please contact our support team promptly. LogoDesigner.qa reserves the right to approve or deny cancellation requests based on project status.

We offer a set number of revisions with each design package. Revisions are limited to minor adjustments that align with the initial order specifications. Major alterations to the design concept, such as significant changes to structure, layout, or style, may incur additional fees. Revision requests must be submitted within the revision timeframe stated in your project proposal.

We aim to deliver quality work and ensure your satisfaction with our services. However, certain conditions apply to the eligibility for refunds.

• You may request a refund if:
• The initial design drafts do not match the scope or requirements outlined in the order.
• We are unable to complete the project due to unforeseen circumstances on our end.
• The request is made within 7 days of project completion if the final delivery is significantly different from what was agreed upon.
• Refunds are eligible only if the issues cannot be resolved through our revision process.

• Refunds will not be provided if:
  • The project was canceled after the initial design phase.
  • The final design files were approved by you, or if work on the final deliverables has already started.
  • Your refund request is based on a change of mind or if the project outcome does not meet subjective preferences outside of the agreed-upon specifications.
  • You did not request revisions within the timeframe allocated or did not provide necessary feedback during the revision process.
• Please note that, in some cases, partial refunds may be offered at LogoDesigner.qa’s discretion if the circumstances warrant it.

Upon final payment, full rights to the completed design project are transferred to you. You are free to use the design for any legal purpose that is in line with our agreement. LogoDesigner.qa reserves the right to display the designs as part of our portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon.

LogoDesigner.qa is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our designs. We are committed to delivering high-quality services, but our liability is limited to the amount paid for the project.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which LogoDesigner.qa operates. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Qatar.

LogoDesigner.qa reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and the most current version will be available on our website. By continuing to use our services, you agree to these modifications.
